I love Planethoster.
I love Planethoster because of the quality of their email and chat support, the best I have found among the several hosts I have used. I signed up for Planethoster because of reviews said they provided fast and reliable hosting services at a reasonable price. That is certainly true, but it is the quality of their support that makes the biggest impact on me.

Planethoster has got it going. Awesome pricing and quality service! I don't have much experience with their customer service in all of the years I have been using them. It's been a while since I last had to contact support. To me, however, that is a good thing.
