SpamExperts email security options have been selected by web host Emerge Systems. SpamExperts, which has head offices in Amsterdam, Netherlands, offers a range of email security solutions to shared web hosts and other organizations (including ISPs and telecommunication companies). The company manages a network of resellers and distributors and its inbound and outbound email filtering is complemented by options like email archiving. SpamExperts’ services can be run within SpamExperts' "Hosted Cloud" or in customers' virtual environments. The company is providing Emerge Systems with out-bound and in-bound anti-spam protection. Emerge Systems has also joined SpamExperts' Hosting Partner Program.

Established in 1999, Emerge Systems (M) Sdn Bhd (Emerge Systems), is a Malaysian web host with head offices in Penang, Malaysia. The company offers a range of services including digital marketing, SEM and SEO services, Facebook marketing and a range of web based solutions for ecommerce and other users. The SpamExperts service Emerge Systems is using covers around 10,000 web domains. SpamExperts filters Emerge Systems‘ outbound email, a task that was previously supported by the company’s support staff using it former previous in-house software. The transition means the company can now focus more on its core competencies. EmergeSystems also benefits from SpamExperts inbound email filtering.

“SpamExperts has provided us a hassle-free service with excellent support. We were very impressed with the accurate detection of incoming spam, but also pleased that it has effectively solved our outbound email issue,” explained Emerge Systems’, Marketing Executive, Leonard Huang. “Furthermore, we have also found the filters to be informative, as they provide us information on recently blocked spam emails and update the filters for future emails. We are also satisfied with the security it provides, as incoming mail isn’t always blocked but put into quarantine for our approval. Overall, we have had nothing but good experiences with it thus far.”
