Social Media Websites Developer ZD Ventures Corporation Renegotiates Letter of Intent to Purchase Cloud Solutions Provider Bluesence
Social media websites developer ZD Ventures Corporation has renegotiated its "Letter of Intent" to purchase cloud solutions provider and IBM partner Bluesence. Formerly known as Webtradex International Corporation, ZD Ventures will acquire 100% of the Barcelona, Spain-based company, with one million ZD Ventures shares deposited into an escrow account and released when Bluesence meets "agreed milestones". ZD Ventures will finance Bluesence's "operational needs" until the process is complete. The purchase underscore ZD Ventures' policy of internet industry expansion through acquisitions and "supporting emerging internet-related technologies and other related assets". Bluesence offers small and medium-sized enterprises IBM Smart Cloud-based cloud solutions. The company specializes in "Big Data" and "Smarter Analytics" and is led by industry veterans Sergi Vargas and Emili Murcia, each with 20 years IT solutions experience. Both have a solid insight into the Spanish market and IBM technology, software and strategy. After the purchase Mr. Vargas will remain as CEO of Bluesence. "We are very pleased to have come to an arrangement to acquire 100% of Bluesence," explained ZD Ventures' CEO Kam Shah. "This gives us a great foothold in Spain, a relationship with IBM and the opportunity to develop a great business as well as enhance our current B'Wished project in development. I look forward to working with the team from Bluesence." Do you know of any other companies currently in expansion mode? Let us know the details. Add your comments below. Comment News
