Salesforce.com’s ExactTarget Marketing Cloud has been named by the American Business Awards as having the best contact center support team in the United States. The award was announced during this year’s Stevie Awards under the category of Sales and Customer Service. The company was recognized for the quality of a support team that deals with thousands of enquiries from around the world on an ongoing basis. The company has six global regional offices and support operates in five languages.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are recognized as the leading sales and customer service awards. They recognize the achievements of call center, customer service, and sales professionals around the world. The company has previously won a number of other awards including 2013 Computer Software Company of the Year by the American Business Awards and one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
