Microsoft Exchange Hosting Provider Intermedia Enhances Partner Program and Offers New Partner Sales Portal
Microsoft Exchange hosting provider Intermedia has enhanced its partner program and created a new partner sales portal in a bid to accelerate the performance of its sales channel. The program includes 12,000 resellers who offer customers the company's full suite of cloud services. This includes white labeled hosted Exchange, cloud server, hosted PBX, and Lync alongside file sharing and syncing, back-up, and security services. Intermedia caters to a customer base that includes small and medium-sized businesses. It is the largest third-party provider of hosted Microsoft Exchange in the world. Its offerings include its Office in the Cloud™ suite. The company's partner program offers seamless integration with Intermedia’s cloud services and allows partners to manage billing and bundling. It also allows them to maintain their own customer relationships. With the changes to its program, Intermedia's current partners will be classified as "Gold", "Silver" or "Registered" partners based on their contribution to Intermedia's business. Each classification offers increased benefits including increased levels of support and a range of incentives. Each level has access to tools and resources available through Intermedia’s new Partner Sales Portal, which helps partners to operate their business. The new portal offers a range of webinars and educational documents designed to help partners "generate leads and close deals". "As our suite of cloud services continues to grow rapidly, we’re increasing partner support, sales and marketing tools, training and demand generation resources," explained Intermedia's President, Michael Gold.
