Datapipe New Jersey Business of the Year Finalist

Datapipe has been announced as a finalist in the 2012 NJBIZ “Business of the Year” awards, it was reported recently. The company, a managed services and infrastructure provider for outsourced IT and cloud computing solutions, reached the finals of the award program’s “100+ Employees category”.

Produced by NJBIZ, a New Jersey business news publication, the awards are presented by EisnerAmper and sponsored by Sun National Bank and CIGNA. They recognize “New Jersey’s most dynamic businesses and business leaders who share a commitment to professional excellence, business growth and the community”. There are a number of “Business of the Year” categories, including awards for businesses with 1-50 employees, 50-100 employees, and businesses with more than 100 employees. Awards are also given to the Executive of the Year, the Corporate Citizen of the Year, and the Emerging Business of the Year.

An independent panel of judges chooses the award program’s finalists. This year’s panel includes Monmouth University’s John S. Buzza, Gerald Creighton, Sr., MBA from NJIT Enterprise Development Center, Rider University’s John Farrell, Dr. Kathleen Reddick from College of St. Elizabeth, and Donald N. Lombardi, Ph.D from Sevens Healthcare Educational Partnerships Stevens Institute of Technology. Winners will be announced on December 3, 2012 at the Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, New Jersey.
