Cloud Hosting, Consulting, and Managed Services Provider Denovo Acquires Software Solutions Provider QIS
Cloud hosting, consulting, and managed services provider Denovo Ventures, LLC (Denovo) has acquired software solutions provider Quality Innovative Systems, Inc. (QIS). With headquarters in Niwot, Colorado, Denovo (which was founded in 2003) specializes in in “designing, installing, managing and supporting enterprise software solutions in private, hybrid and public cloud platforms”. The company operates SOC 2 certified data centers in the USA and Europe and is an Oracle Platinum Partner. The company announced it has completed due diligence of its purchase of QIS’ assets but financial aspects of the deal were not released.
Established in 1996, QIS is a Gold member of the Oracle Partner Network and a provider of Oracle JD Edwards software solutions. Its solutions allow JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) users to “create, manage and execute scripted formulas to perform and solve complex calculations not supported by standard JDE E1 functionality”. QIS’ well-known Flexible Calculation (QIS™ FCM) Module and Application Builder Module (QIS™ ABM) enables customers to do calculations “in all the core JDE E1 modules”.
