Cloud Backup Software Provider BackupAgent is Parallels' Technology Partner of the Year
BackupAgent, a Dutch cloud backup software provider for service providers, is this year's Parallels' Technology Partner of the Year. The announcement, made at the Parallels Summit taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada between February 4, 2013 and February 6, 2013, recognizes high levels of cooperation between Parallels and BackupAgent.
The award also specifically recognizes BackupAgent as a company that has shown leadership in Application Packaging Standard (APS) adoption and driven success for Parallels service provider partners.
BackupAgent and Parallels' relationship formed in 2009. BackupAgent became one of the initial Independent Software Vendors to develop an APS package. Since then integration of BackupAgent’s Cloud Backup Platform with Parallels products has generated multi-million dollar revenue growth for the mutual customers of both companies.
