Canadian Cloud Company CloudatCost.com to Release Cloud at Cost Version 2.0 in November
Canadian cloud company CloudatCost.com has announced it will release version 2.0 of its “Cloud at Cost” solution in November of this year. The company, a Fibernetics Ventures Inc. “seedling company”, will release the latest version of Cloud at Cost almost one year after the launch of its first version. Cloud at Cost offers developers development servers “for life” for a fee of only $35.00. The servers provide a CPU, 512MB RAM, 10 GB of storage, and a 100MB Internet connection alongside a 500 GB data transfer limit. The beta version of the solution proved an immediate success, with 3,000 servers registered to users in over 70 countries in the first month it was available. Version 2.0 of the solution has been “redesigned from the ground up” and offers enhanced performance and uptime. In addition, it offers a range of new features including a proprietary API, more IP addresses, and a number of additional storage features alongside cPanel licensing. "With the Cloud at Cost 2.0 launch we have re-architected our infrastructure to maximize uptime, increase speed and position Cloud at Cost for continued growth without any degradation in service,” explained a co-founder of Cloud at Cost, Gerald Camacho. “We are very excited for the new features of 2.0 which includes additional IPs, customized additional storage, development API and best of all we will have OS templates with basic custom API panels. Developers can now deploy and have their servers working in minutes to use as a starting point to create something awesome."
