Accounting Software Provider MYOB Urges SMBs to Take Up Cloud-based Services
Australian accounting software provider MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) is urging more small and midsized businesses (SMBs) to take up cloud-based services. Although in excess of 50% of the multinational corporation’s new customers have signed up through cloud-based services, the company has launched a new campaign designed to make customers more aware of the benefits of the cloud and instill more confidence in cloud-based solutions. MYOB’s campaign includes providing current customers of its AccountRight small business accounting and inventory software a number of promotions that include free upgrades. Caroline Ruddick, MYOB’s General Manager – Marketing, has suggested the campaign, which will end in June 2014, will encompass a range of advertising outlets, including lift and radio advertisements, direct mail, and social media. MYOB is Australia’s biggest business management solutions provider offering over 50 products and services that include desktop software and cloud-based solutions. The company’s software addresses areas such as accounting, payroll, CRM and job management. Do you know of any other cloud providers spreading the word about cloud-based services?
