Everything has been great, easily added a domain with help from tech support, WebDock.io control panel is very easy to use and I like the next-level water-cooled Ryzen VPS they have. No downtime, fast support and lovely customer service. At the first view - they offer ordinary services, but their approach to each client is really something outstanding.

The technical support team is very easy to talk to; they know what they are talking about. They are customer-oriented and are on call 24/7. I don’t fret whenever I encounter glitches which rarely happens of course) because I know everything is figured out and solved in no time. This is simply amazing.

Pricing: I wish they had cheaper services, but I can afford paying them for it. I've steered clients to them - the support is responsive, you could call at any hour and talk to a live tech support agent, and uptime is great. Thumbs up!
