They have good email support and live support with instance solutions. They also helped me to build up my site. Their interface is so easy for me. So that I use this site properly and I like their work and service. I am happy with them. I must say that I did a really good choice of web host. GTHost vps hosting is super fast. Setup was very fast and their 24/7 support team helped me with everything I needed. Their service is really professional, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Ifan Hernandez   (November 20, 2024) Good server host. Superb support - I maintain 5 sites, all at GTHost dedicated hosting. I tend to place fairly technical support calls. In over 400 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never (ever) had worse than 15 min first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. Calls that took longer clearly needed to take longer. I you do not need a silly amount of space, their support and feature set is hard to beat.

Their control panels are easy to use and intuitive, as is their account and billing interface. GTHost is a great hosting site for the basics for development - vesta, PHP/MySQL, and plenty of space for cheap.
